Circuit III is the best for the sacred valley. It offers a well-rounded and immersive experience of this stunning region. This itinerary usually takes you through the most iconic sites, including visits to locations such as Moray, Ollantaytambo, Pisac, and the town of Chinchero.

What does a tour of the Sacred Valley usually include?
Day tours vary, and you can include add-ons; however, most include at least transportation to and from Cusco and a personal guide. You usually have to pay for your own meals, water and snacks.

Tours vary depending on what you are wanting to explore. Some are a one-day trip from Cusco, others allow you to discover all of the sites of the sacred valley whilst making your way to Machu Picchu. No If you are just staying there, however, it seems a shame to visit these places and skip the history and attractions. The type 3 ticket lasts 10 days so you will have enough time to get around the main sites.
