Inca Trail Day 01

The Classic Inca Trail begins at Km 82 at a place called Ollantaytambo which is located 2,600 meters above sea level/ 8520ft. From Km 82, the trail gently descends for the morning, into Patallacta archaeological site. Patallacta will be you campsite for the night.It takes approx 3 hours and you will walk around 10Km depending on which campsite is chosen.
