Our chefs come from all walks of life: some are farmers who grow your food, some work in luxury restaurants here in Cusco, and some have been professionally trained in the catering industry. However, all are trained by the standards of senior chefs from the top restaurants in Peru, when they participate in our house training. They are meticulously assessed on food hygiene, preparation, and presentation so that every one of your meals exceeds your expectations.
Our chefs are usually also our farmers, so your food is literally farm to table; which we take great pride in! They travel from their families and farms, to come on our expeditions and carry the kitchen equipment needed to provide you amazing Al Fresco meals.
