→DAY 01
Cusco – Km 107- Aguas Calientes
Early morning pick up to head to Ollantaytambo where you’ll be taking the train. It will be an enjoyable ride along beautiful landscapes. KM 104,an Inca trail checkpoint, will be our starting point. Here, you’ll meet the porters who’ll help you with the backpacks along the 6-hour trek. There will be a 4-hour steady ascent towards the Wiñaywayna ruins, where you’ll have time to enjoy your box lunch. Then, we’ll walk for one more hour to the Sun Gate – Machu Picchu and take the bus down to our campsite: Puente Ruinas.

→DAY 02
Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu & Cusco
After an early breakfast and packing up, we’ll take the bus up to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you’ll get a 2-hour guided tour around the main spots in the citadel. You’ll also have some spare time to explore on your own and take the most amazing photos. Back in Aguas Calientes, you’ll have time to get some lunch before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our drivers will be ready to take you back to your accommodation in Cusco
