Our Short Inca Trail is a perfect option for those who don’t have time or desire to hike the full length of the 4 day Classic Inca Trail. With a beautiful landscape, a great variety of flora and fauna on display, and a visit to the archeological sites and Machu Picchu 2 times so you will have afternoon and morning picture.
This service is arranged just for you and your party has the advantage of adapting the pace to your physical condition, but also usually means enjoying all the archeological places along the hike with no rush and meeting fewer travelers in the route with the possibility of being complemented with any special interest you may have

Day 1 Cusco – Km.104 –Wiñay Wayna
Early morning pick up to head to Ollantaytambo where you’ll be taking the train. It will be an enjoyable ride along beautiful landscapes. KM 104,an Inca trail checkpoint, will be our starting point. Here, you’ll meet the porters who’ll help you with the backpacks along the 6-hour trek. There will be a 4-hour steady ascent towards the Wiñaywayna ruins, where you’ll have time to enjoy your box lunch. Then, we’ll walk for one more hour to Machu Picchu and take the bus down to Aguas Calientes

Day 2 Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco
After an early breakfast and packing up, we’ll take the bus up to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you’ll get a 2-hour guided tour around the main spots in the citadel. You’ll also have some spare time to explore on your own and take the most amazing photos. Back in Aguas Calientes, you’ll have time to get some lunch before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our drivers will be ready to take you back to your accommodation in Cusco.
