We pick you up from the airport to take you first to our office where you can leave your things unnecessary for the trip.
We will get to the boats for an hour to our hostel into the wild Amazonas. Once at the lodge, a welcome meeting with a refreshing tropical juice will wait for you and After lunch, we will visit the “Monkey Island”, located in front of our hostel on the other side of the Madre de Dios River, there are different kinds of monkeys such as the squirrel monkey, the brown capuchin, the saddle tamarin mount and white cappuccino, you can feed all of them. At night we are going to look for alligators, they are generally on the banks of the Madre de Dios River, with a flashlight we will light them, we will find them thanks to their bright and reflective eyes. With luck we will be able to see the capybara the largest rodent in the world that can weigh 60-kg from the impressive Peruvian guinea pig family. finally, we will return to the lodge to have dinner and sleep.

Day 02: lago sandobal - hiking

After breakfast, we will get to the boat to ride to the entrance of Sandoval Park, There we will walk 3 kilometers (2 miles approx.) To the Sandoval Lake (habitat of piranhas), one of the largest From the Tambopata National Reserve, after the beautiful walk, the guide will take a rowboat to navigate all around the Sandoval lake to appreciate many different species like monkeys, the prehistoric Hoatzin bird, Tiger cats, Giant otters, and otters.
High probably we will meet the family of giant river otters (almost two meters long) that are in danger of extinction and the largest registered crocodile of more than 4 meters long. We will return to the lodge to enjoy a typical lunch. later, you can enjoy the swimming pool, enjoy the sunset, and then we will do a night hike to appreciate the diversity of insects, amphibians, reptiles, and other nocturnal animals. Finally, have dinner and rest.

Day 03: Zipline in the forest, kayaking and fishing.

Early in the morning, we will walk on suspension bridges among the tall trees. It will let us see the rainforest from a different perspective, at about 30 meters high, from the bridges we will appreciate the high nature, we will have a panoramic view of the Rio Madre de Dios and observe different species of birds such as toucans, macaws, tanagers, orioles and much more. After breakfast, we will get ready to do the zip-line 40meters high among the tall trees. The guide will talk about how to use the safety harness during the Zip-line activity, feeling the adrenaline of gliding through the trees, the experience will be forever in your memories. Later, we will return to the lodge to have lunch and rest. In the afternoon you are going to measure your abilities crossing the Madre de Dios River kayaking, at the same time we can appreciate the fascinating sunset. To Finish this day we will fish in the Madre de Dios River, with patience and attention you can catch some big fish that will be your dinner this night.


We will have breakfast early in the morning, then you have time to do your bags and leave the Tambopata Park navigating through the Madre de Dios River.

We recommend you to book your bus or fly back in advance. normally we get the Puerto Maldonado city at 10:30 am.

Tour Guides

All of our guides have studied both English and Tourism. They are native to the region and have a true passion for teaching others about their culture and heritage. All our guides are experienced with the Inca Trail and other high altitude treks. They will support you and ensure you are safe and happy throughout your trip.


We are one of the few tour operators authorized to both book your permits and operate on the Inca Trail. Permits are registered in your name with a specific date and cannot be modified after confirmation. Your tickets will be purchased by us and looked after by your guide until the time they are needed. These include:


We provide you with a boxed lunch for our day hike. That evening, we will dine at a restaurant in Aguas Calientes. The second morning we will eat breakfast at our hotel accommodation. We will enjoy lunch at a restaurant in Aguas Calientes on the second day before returning to Cusco. All four meals are included in your expedition cost.


Accommodation is included in this expedition. Depending on availability, we typically lodge you in a three-star hotel. If you would like an upgrade, let us know and we can ensure you stay in your desired hotel. The hotel we reserve for you will be listed on your invoice.


The night before your Machu Picchu hike, we will visit to your hotel (lobby) also flexible in our office for your briefing. During the briefing, you will meet your fellow travelers for the next couple of days, your guides who explain the itinerary in detail and will give you duffel bags where you should pack your stuff and which will be carried by porters later

Every guide Outdoor first aid trained and carries a first-aid kit and oxygen for basic medical problems (traveler’s diarrhea, cuts, scrapes, etc.). In case of emergencies, every guide is equipped with a satellite phone which will allow for a quick exit off the trail to get you directly to a clinic for treatment.


We will always make sure you have clean drinking water at all mealtimes, and enough for you to refill your bottle when needed. We use fresh spring water running down from the mountains. We require that you bring a water bottle/s or Camelbak. To care for our spectacular environment, we humbly request that you use a reusable non-single-use plastic bottle.


Your transportation from and to this trek is included. You will be picked up directly from your hotel in Cusco and taken to start of your trek in Ollantaytambo.  After your return riverside journey on the train, you will reach the train station where you will be picked up by van to take you back to your hotel in Cusco.
